The second semester for the 2011-2012 school year starts on Monday, January 23. Students will receive their 2nd semester schedule on Friday, January 20.
Please note that students are “linked” to teachers, not classes/hours. As a result, most students will experience changes to their schedule, relative to the period they have a given course.
Due to increasingly inclement weather and being under a Winter Storm Warning, tonight’s PTO meeting has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, January 18 at 6:30 PM. The meeting will be held in the Middle School’s Discovery Room.

First Marking Period Report Cards were sent home with students today (Friday, November 11, 2011). If you have any questions, please give us a call at 744-4721.
We have been learning performance skills in the Middle School Theatre class during the first marking period.
Next Wednesday, Nov. 16th, the Theatre Students are going to travel to the High School Rocket Centre during the school day, to view the Fall Play, “Peter Pan.” We will be guests of the high school students. Viewing them perform will help us begin to shape an understanding of what performance is all about. Starting Monday, we will begin auditions for our own production which we will present at the end of the semester.
Look for the pink permission slip that Mrs. Girvan sent home with students today. If your student has lost theirs, please click here. The slips are due on Monday.
Fall Conferences 2011 will be held in the MS Commons Areas.
In general, 7th Grade Staff will be in the 7th Grade Commons
and 8th Grade Staff will be in the 8th Grade Commons. Itinerant
Staff and those who teach electives and/or multiple grade levels
will be in the “Big” Commons.
