My philosophy in educational leadership is to be a servant leader, in teaching to be a servant teacher. In my everyday life, taking care of others comes easy when we realize that we are all connected. I take care of others even people I don’t know, and I take care of my-self through the act of doing what is right. Besides, giving to others just feels right.
